X-Ray status verification certificate issuance process
The X-Ray condition report is a service that visualizes the internal condition of an instrument, which cannot be seen with the naked eye, and helps assess the overall health of the instrument through various examinations such as endoscopy in addition to X-ray imaging.
Details on Issuing an X-Ray Status Confirmation (General)
- Instrument Reception – Understanding Basic Instrument Information
- Dismantling of instrument setup for accurate filming. All filming will be conducted with the setup dismantled. (Instruments can be accepted with their setups removed.)
- 1st X-ray (Basic Study)
- Instrument Photography - X-ray images are similar to black and white photographs, making it difficult to distinguish instruments solely through X-ray images. Therefore, all instruments and bows applied for require regular photography.
- Instruments and instrument photos are compared simultaneously with X-ray images to assess the condition of the instrument, including its repair status. If repairs have been made to key parts, those areas are photographed in close-up to document them. Depending on the instrument, additional X-ray imaging may be necessary during this process, and a further confirmation check is performed using endoscopic imaging or similar methods.
- 2nd X-Ray: If the initial X-ray is insufficient for accurate diagnosis, additional views may be necessary. Depending on the condition, the required areas will be captured from various angles. All X-ray and photographic data, including the initial series, will be retained as part of the condition report.
- After the second shooting is completed, all materials will be compiled to create the final report. Based on the final report, an X-ray status confirmation will be issued. The X-ray data attached to the confirmation has been edited to enhance intuitive visibility and may differ from the original.
- Instrument set-up service can be provided upon prior request from the applicant.
